This is a great option for Bus or Touring Groups.

Meet the Maremmas Guided Tours (December - March)
Join a Meet the Maremmas island tour and learn about the ongoing work to protect Warrnambool's Little Penguin colony.
A tour provides participants with rare access to the island and an opportunity to see the dogs at their place of work. Outside the tours, access to Middle Island is prohibited.
Tours run at low tide and start from the Warrnambool Foreshore Pavilion - La Bella Room (bookings are essential)
Tours last about 70 minutes.
Tours regularly sell out, particularly on weekends and during the school holidays. Please book as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
PLEASE NOTE - Meet the Maremma Island tour requires you to get wet as you walk to the island. At worst participants can expect to be wet to waist height. You should wear clothes and shoes that you can get wet. Participants will be required to traverse some rough and uneven ground, a moderate level of fitness is required.
Tours operate subject to the tour guide being completely satisfied that the tour can proceed safely. Conditions are changeable so please understand that if a tour is cancelled at short or no notice it is because safety is our primary concern.
